How to cancel a request
You can cancel room upgrades or confirmed extras in the Extranet until the 5th of the following month.
- Go to the guest profile and select the "Cancellations" tab.
- You can select to cancel entire reservation (all rooms and extras), only rooms, all extras or specific extras by clicking on the "Cancel" button.
- For partial cancellations (change in number of nights/ quantity or change in price) leave us a "Cancellation Remarks".
- After the 5th of the following month, use "Cancellation Remarks" to report a cancellation or email accounting@upsellguru.com
