Once you log in to your UpsellGuru On-Arrival account, you land on the Dashboard — your command center for upselling.

It’s designed to help you:

  • See how you're performing today and this month

  • Track how your team is doing

  • View your earnings

  • Get motivated with real-time ranking and data insights

Each Front Desk agent has their own personal login and dashboard view.

What Agents will see in their Dashboards: 

📅 TODAY’S ARRIVALS

This section shows what’s happening today:

  • Number of expected arrivals and due-ins

  • A live snapshot of team performance

  • Who has the most upsells today

  • Who has generated the most revenue

This helps you stay on top of daily activity and see where you stand.


📈 MONTHLY PERFORMANCE

This section tracks monthly performance — both your own and your team’s:

  • Total number of upsells you’ve made this month

  • Revenue generated from your upsells

  • Commission earned so far

It also shows:

  • Your team’s total monthly revenue

  • % of target achieved based on the monthly goal set by management

  • A comparison graph showing your performance vs. the team average over the past 7 days

This gives you a clear picture of how you’re contributing and where you can improve.

Here you’ll find a motivational tool — your rankings:

  • See how you compare to your teammates

  • Check results for this month or this year

It’s a great way to stay engaged and celebrate top performers.
