How to Fix:
Navigate to Your On-Arrival Program Dashboard: Access the dashboard where your On-Arrival Program settings are managed.
Go to Setup > Commissions: Locate the section within the dashboard where commissions are configured.
Configure the Commission Model: Choose between a percentage of the upsell amount or a fixed fee:
- Model: Determine whether the commission will be a percentage of the upsell amount or a fixed fee.
- Target: Define different commission models for room upgrades or various extras.
- Recipient: Decide who will receive the commission - the agent or a manager (e.g., if you want to set an extra commission for the Front Office Manager).
- Source: Identify who made the upgrade - the agent or the department.
- Distribution: Specify who should get the commission - the individual who made the upgrade or the entire department.
