Setting up Expedia for UpsellGuru

If you receive the Expedia "masked" email addresses into your PMS, you will need to enable email sending in UpsellGuru (Interfaces), plus create a new User in Expedia. 


Note: The email received by Expedia's masked email inbox is in plain text only (it won't have your pictures, colors, branding, etc.)   

I. Setup:

1. Log-in to your UpsellGuru Extranet and navigate to Integrations.
2. Copy the Sender email address you see on this page. 


3. Log-into your Expedia Partner Central. 
4. Create a new user in Expedia. Paste the user's email address you found in UpsellGuru. 

II. Changing Expedia's email text (optional)

The email for Expedia will be in plaintext. To change the message, go to Setup > Emails > Content. 
Under your regular email setup there will be a plaintext section. On the right our default text, on the left you can modify it. Make sure to include the placeholder URL.
