Excluding Emails
Setup > Emails > Guests Segments
You can exclude sending emails by (1) Rate Codes, (2) Market Segments, (3) Booking Source or (4) email addresses.
- You can either include (allow) or exclude. Press the "Add Rate" button to add a new code.
When you include (allow) a code, emails will only be sent out to these guests.
Example: No emails will be sent to Rate Codes COMP or all Rate Codes starting with CORP:
Add as asterisks * at the beginning or end of the code to include/exclude all codes beginning or ending with it.
Example: CORP* will also exclude CORP-A, CORP-B and CORP-C.
