Email Content

Setup > Emails

Email content refers to the text in each of the emails sent through UpsellGuru. The content in each Email Template can be changed individually.

1. Find the email you wish to edit the text and click on “Content”.

2. UpsellGuru provides a default text for each email (right side). Individual texts can be entered on the left side “Your text”. Just add text in the sections that you wish to change. 



Using place holders can be useful to automatically replace the most common information like Hotel Name, Guest Name, Arrival/Departure Days. 


3. Email Texts can be entered in various languages. Just choose the language and select "Add customized text". 




4. Once the email is setup, you can preview the email template and make changes if necessary.
